Jesus On da Street (JDS) Experience III, is a Gospel Musical Carnival taking place Dec 15, 2017 at the main Bowl of Ifako Stadium, LagosIt provides wonderful opportunity to take the Gospel to people on the street in an awesome life changing worship experience. Jesus on the Street JDS Experience, since its inception had a phenomenal reception and acceptance as people travel both far and wide to experience it. It usually comes up toward the end of the year to celebrate Jesus and Light up the Streets for the New Year. This year's JDS experience which will span from 7pm till dawn targets an average attendance of 10,000 persons even as it will feature on it Top Gospel Arts like Buchi, Ada, Akpororo, T-Sharp, Nathaniel Bassey and 150 other performances geared towards soul wining and improving lives. NORTH KOREA: US NAVAL BLOCKADE WOULD BE "ACT OF WAR"

                                                               North Korea has warned the US would take a "dangerous and big step" towards nuclear war if it enforces a naval blockade. It said it would take "merciless self-defensive" measures. North Korea state media said the Trump administration was "pursuing a policy of military confrontation but this is nothing but a death-bed struggle by those alarmed by the might of the DPRK always emerging victorious". "Should the United States and its followers try to enforce the naval blockade against our country, we will see it as an act of war and respond with merciless self-defensive counter-measures as we have warned repeatedly," said KCNA, citing a foreign ministry spokesman. CALABAR CARNIVAL TO HOST 25 COUNTRIES

      The 2017 Calabar Carnival in Cross River State would be hosting about 25 countries from across the world. The Chairman, Carnival Commission, Mr Gab Onah, disclosed this at a media briefing yesterday in Calabar, the state capital. He said the 32-day annual street party, which started on December 1st, has been sponsored in the past by various organisations, including DSTV.He, however, added that it would soon be 100 per cent funded by the private sector. According to him: “We started with about 12 countries, but this year we are expecting 22 to 25 countries. And if we get it right, anytime from now we are going to be 100 per cent private funded.”         On the rundown of activities for the event, he disclosed that Governor Ben Ayade has introduced a lot of exciting products in this year’s festival.This, he said, include the Black African festival that would showcase some African artists on December 26, 2017.
